High Tech Precast Co Ltd is a joint venture between HTCT, Sin Main Development and a Singaporean precast manufacturing company Robin Village International Pte Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd. Robin Village’s know-how in precast technology will enable High Tech Precast to design and produce precast components, and complete construction projects in a shorter span of time. The joint venture company invested (S$10 million) in the precast plant, which is located at the Southern part of Yangon.
